I have not been able to access the tribunal and i have reported this player many times but he is still not receiving any punishment and has not learned to lay the game respectfully

Is it first world problems? Not worth trying to resolve? In fact, I spend a lot of time playing this game, so I have to believe that it's worth trying to fix a problem that I am faced with so often.
Wolfenstin3 votesIt seems to be less about just accepting the community is awful, but more of "It's the internet" excuse that we've probably all heard in our time. The receiving end is to blame for reacting, not the person dishing out the insults and acting immaturely.
I see this excuse so often, and it's just unfair to everyone else. Same with the whole, "Just mute them," which mind you I do. At the same time, it does not excuse them of their behavior. I shouldn't have to use the mute button just to play normally. It's like saying someone screaming in a library is allowed to scream because I can always put on headphones or something to drown out the noise.

It's never going to stop. That's like asking people to stop feeding. It's not gonna happen. best way is to learn to deal with it. If i can go 3 years without ever muting and RARELY reporting anyone then you can too.
Freshi2 votesOf course it will never stop but it satisfies other players when they learn that toxic players are being punished. We can't just give up because the amount of toxic players will grow and eventually the amount of great, nice players will decrease. League will deteriorate into a game filled with hatred. It may never stop but we should still do a thing about it.
