Ban Appeal

I've spent a few months so far without my account that I've spent a good 7 years on. I know that the ban was supposed to be indefinite, but I don't understand why it should be. If the point of the ban is to make sure players reform, why should they not be able to rejoin once they have reformed? I have had a long break, and I know i'm ready to return. I you would unbar me, it would mean the world to me.

You misunderstand. Permanent bans are NOT to make players reform, but rather to remove them. By the time you get a permanent ban, you would have received other smaller bans before and not reformed after them. Because of this, Rito determines reform is unlikely, and the best course of action is instead removal for the good of the other players. Since they would have already given you warnings, they almost never repeal these bans unless there was some unique circumstance such as an error in the system. They do not ever repeal them under the promise of reform.

If you truly have reformed, then I'm afraid your only option is to make a new account and avoid making the same mistakes you made on your original account.

Free to make new accounts, but I did spend 2000$+ on that account. If i'm free too make new accounts, why can't I just have my old one back?
