Riot help pls

Had a bad couple games this week. Just got a perma ban on my only account I've had since Season 1. It was for being toxic.

I've had to chat suspensions over the past 4 years but thats it. Don't think it's subject to a perma ban.. Sometimes I do get out of hand, other times I just cuss to cuss. It's my personality. I would even agree to a limited chat restriction.

EDIT: Put in a support ticket. My buddy put one in for me too, doubt it'll help but never know. I looked at my previous tickets and it has my last chat restriction, which was from two years ago, on it.
