Wanna know when you have made an unhealthy game?

When everyone tells you to mute your entire team. But then when you need to ask a question like "hey are you building morello? Cause if you aren't then I will" and you hear radio silence. Hmm maybe they didn't see your chat message lets ask again! Same result...oh yeah because everyone in the game is probably toxic and we gotta make sure that we don't get tilted or potentially flame ourselves so we gotta mute all. Riot this overall community attitude falls in your hands and quite frankly you just dropped it on the ground and swept it under the rug. The punishments don't work how they should we still see people acting this way and the way the punishment system works can be too harsh and unforgiving under circumstance. HELL REMEMBER WHEN THE MUTE BUTTON WAS BROKEN AND THE INFLUX OF POSITIVE REPORTS AND BANS SKYROCKETED! Ya...you still have a shit ton of work to do there guys. Like great you have a system but in my mind it just looks pretty. It doesn't feel like to does jack and crap to the real trouble makers. (I wanna say 1 in 15 people that come on the boards is actually REALLY toxic and deserving of their punishments. ) and I know that this is coming cause someones gonna think that I recently got chat restricted or banned or some other thing. I am honor 5 and my entire almost year of playing this game I haven't gotten a single infringement.
