so if im on my smurf, how can someone tell me what my other account rank is, and the name, before i ever mention it?

You could have possibly told them about your smurf while both of you were on alt accounts. They could know you irl. They could be a hacker.
They could check your party, then check who that person has played with on op.gg
Its not that hard, just see 20-0 riven on one account, then look for the friend that is a challenger riven lol ;p
