My sibling had gotten access to my PBE account at a friends house, and I'm not sure how, anyways, he might have used it at the same time of me using my main account here, I've since changed the passwords and ensured he can't get access, I need to know if I could get banned for this or something.

Edit: a rioter just cleared things up, the account is safe.

I doubt it, just don't make it a thing, it's more there for ranked and boosting not just casual play and PBE.

Riot is not going to ban you (I'd hope) for a one time minor offense that has no impact on anyone.

You will be fine.

Yes, you can. Make sure it doesn't happen again and you do not let other people on your accounts as you are responsible for them.
