i understand why i got suspended.

what i don't understand is how the player who calls me "dumb spic". and feeds the enemy top laner after saying, "fine ill run it down top lane then" ,is still playing games on their account? i know not to post any usernames and to open a support ticket but i just feel so defeated knowing that this person was smurfing and wouldn't care less what happens to their lv 51 bronze 1 account with low gold/high silver mmr.
