What would you do in this situation?

It's past 1 AM so I am forced to play blind pick (thanks Riot). I am the 1st to write adc in chat, but an asshole instalocks Xayah and writes adc after me. Meanwhile all the other positions are occupied, except jungle (which is the only position I never play, and I mean that. Never in my life have I played jg, so obviously I don't know much about it and would ruin the game for everyone if I did). I quickly explain to my team mates I can't play jg. The reactions are ''not my problem''. So instead of picking a random champ and trolling like I've seen other do, I choose to exit and get punished for doing so with 5 minutes of waiting before I can play the next match. My point is not that those 5 minutes last a lifetime and that it's the end of the world because I got that punishment. But, as short as 5 minutes are, I still think it's unfair. The only solution I see here is for Riot to bring back permanent draft pick to EUNE. Please give it some thought. Thanks.
