Permanently Suspended for "Using Unauthorized Third Party Software"

So yesterday at around 9:30, I was in the middle of champ select for another game, when suddenly my client stated that my account had been suspended. I get kicked out of the game, and am greeted with a message saying that I have been permanently banned for "scripting". The only third party software I have ever used was Yolomouse, and I uninstalled it since I didn't like how it looked compared to the rest of the league GUI. I'm a relatively new player, but I love this game and don't want to lose my account over a false perma-ban, what should I do?

EDIT: I've never even used Yolomouse in ranked, only in a customs game against a friend a few months back

Account sharing will also return that narrative as your reason for being banned.

Edit: Your Riven games are suspicious. You played the champ a couple times against bots, then poorly once against humans (1/8/2 KDA), then you had three back-to-back hard carry games in ranked 12 days ago with her, with massive KDAs and upwards of 10 CS/minute. That implies to me that you either had a Riven main boosting you, or you were perhaps scripting with her.

What is yolomouse? Have you ever used any skinsoftware? Have you given your account to others that could have used software?

Contact support.

Riot has rules against using any 3rd party software that interferes with League.

I don't think you should get banned for using something like yolomouse, but it's a possibility that that's what happened.
