[GAMEPLAY] Hunter's talisman doesn't proc on AoE from Kayle E

One of the major reasons why Kayle has such unhealthy clears in the jungle is because of a long term bug where talisman doesn't proc on the AoE splash damage from her E. This stops her from truly embodying the versatile persona which riot had given her since her launch all the way back in league beta.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Enter a game as Kayle Jungle
2. Purchase talisman
3. Auto attack a camp with multiple creeps while having Kayle E up
4. Talisman will only proc on the creep you right clicked, not the ones hit by the splash of your auto.

This bug has a 100% reproduction rate across multiple accounts and computers.
