So you que up for a rotating game mode... not ARAM. You ask politely not to ban a champ that you want to play... your team banner bans them.

So you leave... because they were deing a dick and a troll... and now you have to wait. Now you que up for a game again, you are banning now. You clearly state at the beginning... "I am playing XXXXX" so you don't ban them. Before the bans are done some troll says .... "No, I want to play XXXXX" So you let the bans finish up. They insta lock them.

So how am I supposed to not que dodge? Surrounded by the filth of the universe, I have to play with them? In everything but ARAM, Normal, and Ranked there ought to be a flat dodge penalty of 5 minutes while a higher one for ARAM because que dodging in ARAM defeats the purpose of the game mode.
