Not able to earn hextech chest..i was never banned for verbal or toxic behavior

My comp overheated a few weeks back right before patch 6.11 and I was forced to afk from 3 or 4 games in a row due to computer crashing..therefore i received an afk punishment..which was 4 games of waiting 5mins before being able to queue, I played out the punishment on a different computer; after which, I quit playing for a few days to fix my main computer. Patch 6.11 hit during the downtime, and since then i haven't been able to receive hextech chests. Idk if its patch 6.11 or my afk punishment or what..nor do i know how to check. Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I can get keys, but last 6 games I got S and no chest

I think you can only earn so many a month, so maybe that's it. You also need to get an S in a normal game

I doubt that is the reason I see chests available and rarely get S rank so there is no way i have hit the quota

Why on earth would you play a game if your pc overheats?

i didnt know that was the issue till after wards, first i assumed it was my ram since dram light was on so i swapped out rams and played again... then it wasnt the prob so put old rams back in the other ram spots though still no work..then replaced cool gel on cpu still no work... after about 3 or 4 games i gave up for a week and came back and pc was jsut fine...so assumed it overheated and needed time to cool down.

At the end of a game, are you receiving the message "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions?" If you are not receiving that message, then there is a different reason why you're not getting chests.

I am not seeing such message at the ends of my games, even when i receive an S

Then the reason you aren't earning chests has nothing to do with your punishment at all. Looking at your match history, perhaps the reason is because you are playing the same few champions over and over. You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned these champions, you are unable to earn another chest with these champions until next season.
