Not able to earn hextech chest..i was never banned for verbal or toxic behavior

My comp overheated a few weeks back right before patch 6.11 and I was forced to afk from 3 or 4 games in a row due to computer crashing..therefore i received an afk punishment..which was 4 games of waiting 5mins before being able to queue, I played out the punishment on a different computer; after which, I quit playing for a few days to fix my main computer. Patch 6.11 hit during the downtime, and since then i haven't been able to receive hextech chests. Idk if its patch 6.11 or my afk punishment or what..nor do i know how to check. Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I can get keys, but last 6 games I got S and no chest

I think you can only earn so many a month, so maybe that's it. You also need to get an S in a normal game

Why on earth would you play a game if your pc overheats?

At the end of a game, are you receiving the message "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions?" If you are not receiving that message, then there is a different reason why you're not getting chests.
