not able to earn hextech chest
Apparently, I am not the only one who cant earn a hextech chest even with an S rank. Any info would be appreciated!
I have earned a key though.

Zombiemaster2 votesLooking at your match history, perhaps the reason is because you are playing the same few champions over and over. You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned these champions, you are unable to earn another chest with these champions until next season.

Zombiemaster2 votesYes, each champion will only be able to earn you one chest per season. If you go to the champions tab in your summoner profile, any champion that has a special border like the one I have on Irelia here you have already earned a chest on and will be unable to earn another chest on that champion. You need to play champions that do not have that border in order to get more chests.
