not able to earn hextech chest
Apparently, I am not the only one who cant earn a hextech chest even with an S rank. Any info would be appreciated!
I have earned a key though.

Looking at your match history, perhaps the reason is because you are playing the same few champions over and over. You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned these champions, you are unable to earn another chest with these champions until next season.
