Does quitting champions select count as a penalty in the new honor system
I'm wondering bcs dodge a match where you have a troller in the team doesnt feel like i should get a penalty for

When they say you drop Honor levels for being punished, they are talking about chat restrictions and account bans, not dodge/leaver penalties.
