Hey i just want to pretty much get this off my chest but there is way to many smurfs in Plat elo. Wont lie it has tilted me a lot and i demoted cause of it. No i am not mad that the smurfs are good players and i cant beat them. i am mad because the smurf players legit dont care about the game and just leave game between 5-15 mins of game. No i am not kidding. They type /all in all chat and leave game. Or flame cause something didnt go how they wanted and just leave game. This has been happening to me for the past 2 week. I get at least 1 or 2 every day that just Ragequit before 15 mins or troll because no surrender. Punishment needs to be more harder. Mostly on low level accounts. Its not fun at all to play the game.

The smurfing problem seems especially bad in Gold and Plat this year.

I don't really have an issue with people who just play normally, but I've probably seen about a dozen Diamond smurfs hard throw matches this season.

They're not even slick about it. They outright say something like "I'm throwing because of X," usually because someone didn't do exactly what they said like you mentioned. Then they link their main at the end of the match.

I don't understand why Riot isn't stricter with punishments regarding people who throw on their side account to be spiteful and because it isn't their main.
