ive learned form my mistakes not to spam in all chat because of this i have not used chat as recently as i used to but i wondering if i will ever get to get key frags or my season rewards because i worked extremely hard in ranked but the ban was in a normal game and for this ive read the riot forums that if you messed with the ranked play you wont get rewards i really want to understand this just because my first offense i get chat banned and i dont get my hard earned rewards. Yes i know i messed up but you punished me with chat restriction for 10 games this is a extreme form of punishment if i dont get my rewards for a first time offense riot i would really like to talk to you about this if you want to email me you link please because this isnt in the ticket,

Some players are ineligible for [ranked] rewards because of negative in-game behavior. This applies only to the 2016 season. Here are the details:

Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards.

Players issued a ban of seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (from August 7 on) are ineligible for this year’s rewards.

Players banned for boosting during the 2016 season remain ineligible for rewards.

Players who experienced fraud-related and erroneous bans will still be eligible.

All players will have another chance at future ranked season rewards.

The length of time you're restricted from earning loot is relative to two things:

Severity of punishment. You won't earn loot for the duration of your punishment, be it a temporary suspension or a chat restriction.

** Signs of reform**. Once your punishment has ended, you'll continue to be restricted from earning loot until you're recognized to have made significant progress in amending your past behavior.

Stay focused on solid comms, teamwork, and sportsmanship in your games and you'll be earning chests and keys sooner rather than later.
