chat restriction questions

i have been chat restricted in a normal game will i still be able to get rewards for the season? If not i would like to ask how am i affecting the 'competitive scene' if i got banned in a normal game . I would really like to talk to a riot employee about this . Due to the fact that i got chat restricted in a normal game were everyone was having fun and i was not even being toxic but spamming. i could understand if you get banned in ranked and dont get rewards but a normal thats like punishing a person in sandbox mode and they spam in chat and the bots report them i would really like to speak to a riot employee about my suspension and other option because i worked hard to get my rank and letting a ban from a normal game effect my ranked rewards is not fair for anyone in this community and weakens the players will to have fun in game and this is my first suspension ever .
