Just had an inting Ramus on my team, and not only that but the match befor that he was on the enemy team and he also inted that game. checked his match history and it looks like he's been doing it for a while now but he said nothing will happen cause he "games the system" and nothing will happen. I lost my gold promos because of this troll and nothing will be done
So one game u played vs him and won. One game you played with him and lost. From what i see it was balanced
Edit: I just looked at that game. Rammus wasnt inting. He was best in that game in your team. He did most damage, tanked most damage, his build was good, had highest kill participation, most gold generated, best farm, most kills.
And game before that he fed a lot, yes. But he didnt troll. He played Singed and people were probably chasing him while his team was taking objectives. He won that game.

The player was probably just lying to try to get under your skin. Gaming the system is one thing, gaming people is entirely different.
If you want to help Riot catch the user then submit a support ticket. They will investigate the player and take whatever actions they see appropriate.
If the player admitted to trolling then any sort of investigation into them will reveal their actions even if they otherwise managed to game the player reform AI.
