Chat bans
I think instead of 2 week banning and perma banning players RIOT should instead just perma mute them, toxicity imo is nothing close to actually ruining a game by running it down mid or trolling.

They tried that, it didnt work out. When people couldnt let out their anger in chat they went on the troll or int.
