Punished for a game that I was already punished for previously

Backstory, skip below if you don't wanna read So I just finished my 10 game chat restriction a few weeks ago, been quiet in game for over a few weeks. This one game, I just couldnt help but talk because I had been getting nothing but intentional feeders on my team for the past few games. So I tell some teammates to please stop feeding. Of course the response is very toxic after I say that. As it gets more toxic, I speak my opinion about how I feel about having feeders almost every game. Apparently I'm toxic for speaking my opinion that int feeders ruin games, or that I think league is more boring now because of that? If having an opinion about feeders is being toxic, I guess I am guilty as charged. Even though int feeders really do make the game not fun to play when majority of games I get them on my team.

long story short I got reported by the intentional feeder on my team and of course I got punished while he/she did not despite us both being negative. I get only 2 games that show that I was toxic in chat, game 1: the recent game that I just got reported in, and game 2: a game that I already previously got punished for weeks ago? What the heck riot or tribunal? I know I already got punished for game 2 already because I remember this was the game that nunu was my jungler telling at me because I got dived by gnar and riven all game top lane. I had a 10 day chat restriction from this game and had completed all 10 games and been playing 1, 2, or 3 weeks after the restriction was lifted. YET!!! yet I was punished again because of just game 1, the one that I just last played where I expressed how boring league is to play when majority of games I get teammates who intentionally feed, and game 2 where I had already been punished for. So basically, riot or the tribunal is still punishing me for a game that they had already punished me previously and it is not right because I know a single game is not enough to get you punished unless you are extremely toxic and i know i was not that toxic to get punished in game 1.

in even more simpler terms basically, its like i stole a piece of gum, got in trouble. weeks later, get in trouble again for stealing a piece of gum weeks ago? You don't do that riot! Tribunal!
