Troll premades got me a 14 day suspension

I have been a dick in the past, but for the first time in YEARS after countless chat bans and suspensions, I think it was the first time i did not deserve to get banned.

I decided to play somo Flex on my own because why not. Everyone locks, I am matched with teemo top and 3 premades; 1 mid and 2 bot. Our ADC loses hard to the enemy Vayne and starts trash talking her while our mid flames our Jungler.

I ignored all of it (I asked for ganks fairly often though) untill some point, our mid laner decided to say "jung and top go afk, you are useless". Me, having enough of her bullshit and told her "Shut the fuck up, you have been crying since we started playing this fucking game, no one wants to hear your shit". After that, she kept saying "go afk" and "reported 3x". Sure enough, I got reported and now, I get a 14 day suspension. I bet that mid laner got away with all the shit she said to me and the jungler in the end.

Post the logs, because there's no way you were suspended having only said that.

Don't worry about your team mates, just focus on your gameplay. Most of the time you will get in trouble for flaming back to them, even if they are the ones instigating it.

Actually, Erdrik is correct here.

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

If you must respond to someone then do so in a neutral or positive (i.e. respectful) manner. Otherwise just mute them when they start acting up.

this game moderation/punishment system is beyond broken

no other game bans its players for two weeks, if not permanently, for answering to a provocation, literally no other game

too bad it was riot who managed to make lol right in the time to conquer the market and not a more sane company

imo the guy who invented the system which makes the forum filled with valid complains and which bans people for asking an annoying person to f off while not touching those who intentionally feed as long as they are silent, that guy should be fired
