Troll premades got me a 14 day suspension

I have been a dick in the past, but for the first time in YEARS after countless chat bans and suspensions, I think it was the first time i did not deserve to get banned.

I decided to play somo Flex on my own because why not. Everyone locks, I am matched with teemo top and 3 premades; 1 mid and 2 bot. Our ADC loses hard to the enemy Vayne and starts trash talking her while our mid flames our Jungler.

I ignored all of it (I asked for ganks fairly often though) untill some point, our mid laner decided to say "jung and top go afk, you are useless". Me, having enough of her bullshit and told her "Shut the fuck up, you have been crying since we started playing this fucking game, no one wants to hear your shit". After that, she kept saying "go afk" and "reported 3x". Sure enough, I got reported and now, I get a 14 day suspension. I bet that mid laner got away with all the shit she said to me and the jungler in the end.

Post the logs, because there's no way you were suspended having only said that.

I was mostly "crying" for Ganks, untill the end where I was talking with enemy team.

There is also a 2nd game in which I was being a dick, but I won't post that since it is irrelevant to the premade thing

Keep in mind while reading, these players would have not reported me if I didn't go up against one of their premades

I don't think crying for ganks to the jungler counts as breaking the summoner's code and it was definetely not the reason I got reported. What matters is everything after the caps.

Right. So you're calling for reports, telling other people they're reported, snarkily trolling, and most of all, typing an awful lot. In case you haven't noticed, that's obviously a factor in the punishment system: if you're writing a book, you can't possibly be playing your best, and you're annoying everyone on your team.

Plus there's this second game you mention but provide no details of. I'm sure you weren't a saint there either. Stop kidding yourself, it's not this premade's fault. It's yours.

I was calling for reports AFTER my team decided to turn on me. I don't get what you mean by snarkily trolling and this was over the course of a long game; I wasn't typing that much ( I was doing pretty well in my lane with a good ammount of CS).

I did admit that in the second game I was a dick (although, I don't complain about that one, I had an AFK during my promos which caused me to flip the fuck out).

If we removed the second half (everything after the all caps "shut the fuck up" to Leblanc) do you think this would be reportable? No, because I did not break the summoner's code and no, telling someone that they are getting reported is not negative attitude.

I suppose I must learn my lesson and shut the fuck up, but damn it, when I get told "you are useless, go afk" when his premade is 0/8 it makes me feel like shit.

Don't worry about your team mates, just focus on your gameplay. Most of the time you will get in trouble for flaming back to them, even if they are the ones instigating it.

Actually, Erdrik is correct here.

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

If you must respond to someone then do so in a neutral or positive (i.e. respectful) manner. Otherwise just mute them when they start acting up.

this game moderation/punishment system is beyond broken

no other game bans its players for two weeks, if not permanently, for answering to a provocation, literally no other game

too bad it was riot who managed to make lol right in the time to conquer the market and not a more sane company

imo the guy who invented the system which makes the forum filled with valid complains and which bans people for asking an annoying person to f off while not touching those who intentionally feed as long as they are silent, that guy should be fired

First of all, i do agree that how riot deal with people is very....annoying since ive had 3 premades take teleport all to just teleport bot and feed the adc, 50 deaths from them in 20minutes or so alone just kept fight and dying for the hell of it. I send reports and even sent tickets then told me they couldnt tell me what they did to the players or their decision so i took it into my own hands and checked on them. Found out all 3 of them were still playing just fine even after all that like nothing was done at all.....i do agree that people who do bull things like that or talking trash and so on is a big problem so if riot didn't do anything to them then that is an issue.

But, your suspension is reasonable due to the fact thay you have had prior offenses and have been suspended yet your attitude and constantly talking has not changed. You can look at the first few parts of what you had said and know it is an issue already. First of all your negative attitude shows up cause youre practically calling GG by saying your losing is continuing, then blame your jungler for not ganking and it keeps continuing and getting worse. Like suck it up, main jungle and i hate players like that the most. It is not the jungler's job to win your lane for you or do anything for you. If youre losing the deal with the situation. For me in most cases i hate when the jungler comes into my lane some times especially when i losing. They could help the winning lane get further a head instead instead of forcing a gank.

People will always start shit and fans the flame, you are like that too, so fix it.

I understand where you're coming from.

I was quite even with my lane opponent actually, but then 4 man ganks started happening and stuff like that; I wasn't losing or telling Udyr to gank my lane, I was telling him to come help.

I play a lot of jungle and it is not that he didn't come that bothered me, it is that he ignored me 100% and when he did come, it was to take a wave (or when my opponent was heading back after a fight).

I do have a losing streak, but that is mostly because of bad teamwork and decision making (by me), for some reason my MMR is much higher than it needs to be and it matches me with people that own me no matter what I do.

I do believe that this particular game should not have been punished because the reason I got reported was that I stood up to 1 of the premades. Big mistake.

I won't like, I have been a HUGE %%%% in the past, but for the first time ever, I feel frustrated and after 5 years of playing, I have never seen something so one sidedly stupid.
