Rallying for reports against a player is harassment, as is calling someone an intentional feeder/troll, etc. - accusing them of breaking the rules is, in and of itself, against the rules. At best, it could be pointless and true, but at worst, it could be malicious and false.

You only need one report to trigger a review and potential punishment, which is why calling for reports is against the rules. It's pointless, and it only serves to try and generate hate for a given player.

i suggest you post your actual chat log if you want any constructive feedback. no one here can do anything about your chat restriction, but we can provide insight to what about your chat log lead to the restriction and if we think the restriction was done in error.

how do i even get it? there was a pop up when i opened the client that had only what i said (out of context to what was said to me) but i dont know how to get it again

Try logging back into the client again, but if you can't find it there then file a support ticket asking for them. That said, your reform card only shows what you said as only you are being judged in your case. Regardless of other players actions this does not give you the right to act up as well. From the Instant Feedback System FAQ:

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on. Reports are a vital piece to the puzzle. If you are not sure of what sort of behavior is reportable take a look at the Reporting a Player FAQ

If you're still under the Chat Restriction, try logging out and back in. If you're not still Chat Restricted, or if it doesn't work, send in a Support Ticket asking for the chat logs from your most recent punishment.

As for the chat logs; they're only ever presented in isolation from other player's chat, because they did not actively make you type anything. Your actions are your own, and are judged on that basis. There is no context where you're allowed to break the rules.
