Demoted for having people feed and int

Ever since hitting S2, I haven't won a single game. I was Gold 4 last year which doesn't say much to many, but that's farther than I have ever gotten when starting ranked. However what has happened recently is either I have one teammate who causes trouble for everyone, or I somehow get matched up with a spectrum of ranks in an S2 game. I had 3 bronze and 1 iron player on my team, meanwhile the other team has 2 higher gold players. I'm not saying these were my greatest games as anyone can tell, but the problems of one or more teammates effects the whole team. This could be:

Not listening to pings Dying when they should have looked at the map/area they were in Not listening to teammates when they have 0 mana/low hp Deciding to AFK/rage quit over not getting kills/cs

All of this caused me to demote back to S3 which itself was a literal hell hole to crawl out of due to afks and rage quits in both of my promos. Now I have to restart getting back up yet AGAIN because of this. PEOPLE its not that hard to play as a team. STOP FIGHTING WITH EACH OTHER! LISTEN TO PINGS OR AT LEAST CONSIDER PLAYING WITHOUT BEING A JERK ABOUT ONE CS! It drives me insane how this is how this elo has become since last year. There were a lot fewer people who behaved like this, but now there's duos, even trios ruining a game over stupid things. YOUR ACTIONS EFFECT THE WHOLE TEAM!
