A Mistake Truly Realized

So i was just banned for Verbal Abuse in games and such , and yes I did go on a tantrum but I was provoked. Usually I go on a tantrum mainly because someone starts it , then they don't want to admit they did , which pisses me off even more. Or... My teammates mess up and I say something bad about it. Which is answered with Flame , and when we try to just get them to realize that they messed up and it is a lesson to learn , they decide to be stubborn , keep making the same mistake , and report at the end of the game for Verbal Abuse when all we wanted to do was help them but I couldn't control my temper. I want to get out of Bronze , but while on my journey i want others to follow me , but when i try to help them learn they reply with flame which puts my in a bad mood then I myself flame. Some people just don't want to listen , but they don't state it and they go to provoke everybody else. I hope you realize that i just want to help other players get out of the rank we all want to leave and unban me. I guess it would just help if i focus on my own gameplay , and not others.
