Is My Ban Forgivable?

So i was just banned for Verbal Abuse in games and such , and yes I did go on a tantrum but I was provoked. Usually I go on a tantrum mainly because someone starts it , then they don't want to admit they did , which pisses me off even more. Or... My teammates mess up and I say something bad about it. Which is answered with Flame , and when we try to just get them to realize that they messed up and it is a lesson to learn , they decide to be stubborn , keep making the same mistake , and report at the end of the game for Verbal Abuse when all we wanted to do was help them but I couldn't control my temper. I want to get out of Bronze , but while on my journey i want others to follow me , but when i try to help them learn they reply with flame which puts my in a bad mood then I myself flame. Some people just don't want to listen , but they don't state it and they go to provoke everybody else. I hope you realize that i just want to help other players get out of the rank we all want to leave and unban me. I guess it would just help if i focus on my own gameplay , and not others. Thank you for your time and effort into reading my appeal. Also on one of the games i was very angry on it was my series that i took a day to get to and on my first game of it our teammate was AFK half the game , that put me in a bad mood.

What helps me deal with stress in game is saying whatever is on my mind out loud rather than typing in chat. I'm not really a fast typer anyway so if I were to say it all in game I would probably be afk for a couple minutes just typing. If someone starts flaming you, mute them immediately and report them after the game. Responding is only giving them what they want, don't let them get the better of you.

Forgivable? Yes; however, you'll need to examine your own actions to do so.

  1. You are responsible for what you do. Seems pretty simple, right? Well, this means that you need to keep a cool head no matter what your team does.
  2. People are bad at taking feedback and criticism. Focus on your own play, and let the other people making mistakes linger in bronze. You don't need to correct them.
  3. You are responsible for your own actions. Not other people's actions. You and you alone always have the choice to talk or not talk. Think carefully about whether talking is warranted.
  4. People tend to have negative knee-jerk reactions to criticism. If they make a mistake, and don't want to fix it, then you had better deal with it. It is only a game. Don't berate teammates, because you'll never see them again.

Also, in closing, nobody can MAKE you rage. You have mute buttons. You have some self-control. If someone is trying to provoke you, you should mute, report, and move on. They cannot make you "go on a tantrum" unless you let them. Prevent it with the mute button.

Edit: Some quick tips

If you find yourself stressed at a teammate or the game in general, it's probably time to take a break. Go outside, take a walk, check your email, empty the dishwasher, etc. Don't start a game when predisposed to anger.

Retaliation is not acceptable. You may have been provoked, but you should have muted them and moved on. If you post your reform card we may be able to help you more.

First off, what punishment did you get? A pemaban or a suspension?

Second, there is no possible way for us to help you at all unless your post your reform card which should have your chat logs on it.

I appreciate all of you guys giving me advice so that this never happens to me again. But is there a possibility of a Riot member reading this and helping me get unsuspended?

A suspension is not a ban. A suspension means you cannot play for a predetermined amount of time. A ban means you can never return.

The suspension is one of your final warnings before you can never return. I suggest you take the time to reflect on your behavior and work harder on not repeating your mistake. Because next time, you will be banned and no one is going to sympathize because you have been warned...repeatedly.
