Okay, seriously, enough is enough. There needs to be a filter that if you've blocked someone, you can't rematch with them. I just got the same toxic 4 man team twice in a row. Shouldn't have to deal with their crap two games straight.
The reason that is not possible is because it can be abused in High ELO. Think about it. If there's 200 challenger players and one of them blocks 50, that's completely unfair and undermines the matchmaking system. RIOT has said for this reason it's never gonna happen. Usually, after a toxic game, waiting 5-10 minutes before you re-queue will prevent you from seeing them at low elo.
