Why is my honor STILL locked?

I'm a pretty supportive guy as long as people aren't being turds. I got a ten game chat restriction for two games. One, where my support was afk from the very start and my team wouldn't surrender. The other, the score was something like 10-22 and we'd taken 0 objectives and wouldn't surrender. That's fine, I need to shut up when I'm getting salty, but my issue is this. Several days after clearing the restriction and getting atleast on or more honors in 80% of my games unless I completely fail, my honor is still locked! How many honors do I need to clear this bullcrap? I know I've gotten atleast 30 by now.

I wouldn't even be so irritated if there was a counter or something.

Your honor unlock will be slowed if you are still misbehaving in games. Even one line of chat that is negative will slow your honor progress, as it does for anyone.

Varies person to person, no set number.

It's not dependant on how many honors you get, its dependant on the system deeming your behavior improved and reformed.

Honestly, nobody knows exactly how it works, but it is usually bound to a consistent upstream of honors.

I find the system confusing at best and frustrating at worst as I dislike systems that are 100 percent in the dark from a customers point of view.
