Got banned for racial slurs

I hardly flame, cause almost everytime i play league it's with my friends. In this case as you can see i was super mad and used thhese words and other insults. I got banned for 2 weeks, but i got 1 question, isn't 2 chat bans, 2 2 week suspensions and then the permament ban? I've only gotten one chat ban so i don't know about that. Secondly i'ts almost the end of the season and i beg you i want the rewards the ward skins for honors, I cant get my honor level back to 5 or 3 in 1 week.. Please is there anything possible to do to... hmm.. when i get unbanned at least let my honor level be at 2 please!! My one friend got 2 week ban too but his honor stayed the same for some reason. Please Riot I Beg you with all my heart could i get get unbanned or get my honor level back, so i can get rewards. Please! :(
