Why can't I play Practice tool in PBE

So, i've started a game and immediatelly got bugsplated, then a sign popped up saying "Sorry, We've detected a problem with your installation. We will now attempt to repair the affected files". Starts repairing, repairs, i create the game again, same thing happens. Tried 4 times to start the game, still the same thing. Is It the problem with the level?
Btw i don't really know if this is the right board to write this disccusion. If what tell me where should i write this.
