Advice- TOPIC: Not A Good Team?
#1. Many players figure, "(Hey I'm doing bad/ My Team as a whole; Is doing bad)", and its because of this "ONE PERSON!!"... #2. Because of this one person doing bad, you feel the need to tell him he sucks or they are unskilled....
Realize This- Pro summoners - facing off / having bad games and making mistakes Vs Other equally or more skilled summoners, 'DOES NOT!! Change the fact that they are still Pros in their own right. There are many different aspects and techniques that go into having a good or bad game. Blaming everything that leads up to a team losing "on one person", (not including AFKs), just goes to show that you haven't taken responsibility for you own mess ups. "Say for instance, the game starts and you are the jg ignoring pings for assistance... As a result your bot lane feeds because you failed to assist and offer counter ganks against the enemy jungler." I've seen this play out multiple time where complaints about a lane feeding doesn't take into account the requests for assistance that has been repeatedly ignored.
-Ask yourself... "What did I do to assist players who are behind and have fed?", "Does what you have done to try helping make their situation worse?"
Remember, If players on the team do not work together and protect each other as a team, then you are all wasting your time. If something doesn't go as planed or expected calm down and double check enemy builds to make sure there aren't items they have built to counter you. A lot of games lost, are because of this... players are unaware of what the enemy team is building. They just follow the build they spotted online and went for it regardless of what there enemies were building.... in some cases this isnt a problem but if you are behind... definitely take a look at what you are building and maybe think about making some changes in order to get you threw a tight spot.
That is all I have left to say for now... hope you take this advice and run with it. To some experienced summoners this advice may seem like a no brainer but you'd be surprised how many others could benefit from it. thanks for reading and feel free to write a reply.
