4th lobby in a row where my team banned my intended pick (counting dodges and stuff)
Yes, I am salty because I got demoted and I feel that if I played my favorite champion I could have done things differently.
Riot, please fix this.
If someone bans my intended pick even after an indicator and claim "oh sry didnt see" then they should be punished.

Hethalean2 votesI'm not entirely sure most people behave this particular way in response to having their champ banned. I think it's more likely that th epeople who do troll were going to troll in some form anyway. It doesn't really matter. If they weren't going to troll normally, it sounds like they're just super easy to trigger. Something in game will probably not go 100% to their liking, and just like having their champ select banned from them, they have no coping mechanisms and will just troll at that point anyway.
King J3ff2 votespeople banning ur intent pick is trolling imo. ive intended a pick and it got banned plenty of times. so I just pick whatever nonmeta champ and play for fun. unless I think its an honest mistake, idc about the game from champ select. that's just me tho.
Hethalean2 votesIn my experience, the people I see get their champ intent banned is people wanting a super OP champion at the moment and they're pick is far enough down that the chances of them getting their intent is low anyway since it's likely the other team is going to pick it.
I just avoid it all by banning whatever I don't want to lane against anyway.
King J3ff1 votesyeah, no one gets upset if the other team bans it. but if your champ gets picked by the other team, you should be able to pick another champ that can lane against them. or pick a counter. so I don't understand why people would ban pref'd picks from your own teammates. its really stupid.

I'd rather learn that in Champion Select (where I have to opportunity to dodge) than when I am stuck in-game with them.
King J3ff2 votesthat's considered bm then. if you see someone wants to play a certain champ, don't ban it. I don't get triggered at all when I play in game. I only get triggered to what people say in champ select and/or if they ban a champ that someone preferred.
Even if I troll pick, I still play the game through. I always say no to FF and play it out.

I'd rather nobody get the champion than have the enemy team first-pick it against us.

Yet you can't seem to understand the concept that there are certain champs I don't want to fall into the other team's hands. Whether YOU counter them is irrelevant. If they're trouble for my champion and the rest of the team they're going bye bye. And as for you on my team same.

If you don't want your teammates playing things you don't agree with, you can start your own ranked team and be the coach.
Hethalean2 votesI believe that there should be a warning, but I have no misgivings about leaving it as is. I've already been trolled at least 20 times to have a OP pick that is just oppressive go through because someone showed intent for, then went 'trollolol fools' and picks someone else.
AlienPrimate2 votesI'm fine with being able to ban someone's intended pick but I would like one change to the banning system. The people banning should be the first 3 picks and not the last 3. The last 3 already have the advantage of seeing some of the enemy picks to pick around them while the first picks have to show everyone their champion right away with a high chance of being countered. If they had a chance to ban their biggest counter(s) it wouldn't be such a major disadvantage.

Kanzler1 votesWhen I see someone hovering yasuo and i still fully intend to ban him, I simply hover somone else I want to ban, warwick for example. 9/10 that person thinks he is revenge banning my pick, but in reality I just got to have 2 bans.

Hailey Hayato1 votesAlso, may I mention that you should attempt to find several champions that fit your favorite champion's role? Take me for example, I main adc as my role with Draven as my main champ. Yeah, I love the big D. Let teh jokes commence.
But if draven gets banned, picked or whatnot I still have other champions to rely on such as Ashe, Jhin among others. I also have at least 2 champions for the other four roles in the game just in case. So my advice is what I said above. Find more than one champ that fulfills your want and need.
