I've seen a large number of threads with people saying that they have lost their accounts where they had spent $XXX on the account. Then they continue to say either they didn't have much to spend to begin with or that was a lot of money to them. Listen, I get Riot makes some cool things: Summoner's Icons, Ward Skins, Champion Skins, but if you don't have much money to spare, please don't spend it on things you don't NEED to play the game. If you have toxic tendencies, don't spend much money on the game especially if you have received several warnings or prior restrictions. If you learn to control your behavior in all cases THEN consider spending money, but first and foremost everyone, know when you have money to spend on the game and when you need to save it.

I feel like most of the time when people mention that they've spent an amount of money on the game it means one of two things:

  1. They feel like spending money made them immune to punishment.
  2. They feel like since they spent money they have some legal ground to threaten to sue Riot over to get that money back.

Neither of which are true obviously.

Someone should create a calculator which puts a cost around how much money a toxic player has cost riot through turning off other potential customers.

I surmise that the people you have abused and harassed would have ended up spending more money than you. It's just a theory tho.
