I don't really care its only a couple minutes, but it sucks that its something I have no control over. I'm just really happy I didn't get a temporary ban.

you really don't get penalized for 1 power outage.

I'd look more into your history of DCing / AFKing in games for the culprit. Keep in mind that clicking around the fountain to avoid detection does not avoid detection and counts toward your leaver buster penalty.
