how pointless is that? i would NEVER google 9 people in the champ select(loading screen) just to see if they are marked as trolls. also what should i do then? DODGE? yea punish myself some more.

Just be careful. Here's the thing, if you upset too many trolls, the fact is that many of these mods know these various trolls and you'll earn an account ban, like I have.
It's better if you are going to do that , to create an account just for that, in order to lessen any blowback.
AND YES, there will be blowback, because the troll/cheat community is larger than the good little summoner community.
Also, I hate to burst your bubble, but after a couple weeks, maybe a month, you'll realize that there are literally hundreds tens of thousands of these accounts.
Look I don't want to discourage you, but it's been done, or people have attempted this multiple times, and there is simply too many of them.
