I love when I have games when someone's like "ok, jungle no gank, we lose" then proceeds to afk split push and continously feed, while being like "better jungle wins gg!"

Then they continue trolling and when my Lee was like "Malph dude wtf are you stupid don't ult in 1v5" he'd just respond with "reported for toxic". You know these dipshits are out here intentionally ruining games, hoping someone flames them so they can get them chat restricted for their sick kicks. " ********: report me sucks ********: i control this game ********: i make losing ********: so what"

I think we should punish people being toxic in chat - but it's so fucking disproportionate to being punished for griefing in-game that now any sensible troll will just start running it down when things don't go their way instead of being toxic in chat. It's actually pretty much accepted now by streamers that you can pretty much soft int and it doesn't matter as long as you don't type in chat.

Me personally? I don't say shit in chat. Fuck that. No point. However I'm pretty sure people like this malph have gotten a lot of people chat restricted. Probably leading to those people getting chat restricted to also think "hey, maybe I should also just start throwing/soft inting instead of typing in chat". That's what I mean by "I'd rather have someone flame than run it down" - because I think chat restrictions are usually pretty sensible.

Well, calling others dipshit is hopefully not allowed on Boards, we'll see.

And you should know, there are no trolls, only players having a bad game. And that Lee totally deserves a punishment for calling him stupid.

Ps.: Also, you wont get any support on these Boards complaining about trolls. We love trolls, we only hate the evil flamers who ruin games.

well why would anyone just flame in chat when they get instantly banned for doing so when they can make their team mates suffer even more,

while probably never getting punished because riot cannot tell the difference between a troll and a bad player #isitmeta plus you get to enjoy the game more knowing that you aren't held in a game for a extra 10 minutes. because they think they can win a game where every single objective is being taken for free while they afk farm.

Just today I had a guy (who was carrying) and didn't agree with my baron call so he straight up said he was gonna run it down and did. I don't understand how riot expects people to just mute and play when ppl like this ruin games. Now I have a 10 game chat ban on a new account because I didn't stay silent even though I've been really good besides this game. He even said he was going to write a false support ticket and that it would work because riot, again, is too lazy to actually investigate these, and like clockwork the automated system INSTANTLY dished out my punishment with no review. The system sucks and riots half-assed solution is to tell you to shut up and play even though you're getting verbally abused. Okay sure yea.

Personally I have no sympathy for people who get "baited" into flaming them. Like you said, what is the point of flaming someone? Who asks "are you stupid?"... thats just a r%%%%%ed fucking question.

I do agree with you though. It would be nice if they could somehow detect and punish trolls and griefers a little better. I understand why its wishful thinking. Realistically, it would take a shit load of resources to ensure all trolls get punished. Especially the smart ones who know how to throw a game while looking like theyre trying.

The thing is that a chat log is hard evidence, a game where somebody goes 0 13 doesn't necessarily have to mean they were inting.

Im honestly borderline trolling every time my team flames or blames me or anyone its utterly kills any of my motivation to carry or just win a game.

Also did anyone every tell you that 99.999999999% of what you think is trolling is just honestly ppl being bad? ˙this is not aserius question)

Also i dont give a flying fuck about being chat restricted i got punished where i was utterly toxic after some utterly cancer games where i should not have been or was utterly negative in games, where is i talk shit in lot of my games like talking shit a LOOOOOOOOOOOT and i can tell you there is a big differenc being a goof and talking shit during games or just arguin or being a toxic fuck.
