Reason for reporting: Trolling

There should be a report feature for people who troll in ranked games, as it can be very frustrating and ensure that your team loses. I've had multiple scenarios where I've been trolled by the support (as an ADC main) where they'll: a.) Take CS b.) Intentionally Feed c.) Refuse to Ward/Purchase sightstone Then they'll proceed to report ME in turn for being "toxic".

I think the term 'Toxic' should be clearly defined as well, and there are in fact instances where people incite toxicity, and if you don't have the will power to not react, you get punished for it. Does this make sense? No.

There should be rules AGAINST inciting other people to get riled up and piss them off (essentially the definition of trolling) and people that are victims then become subject to punishment due to their own verbal response.

Let me put it in real world terms: If someone screams, "FIRE!" in a movie theater, and there is in fact, no fire (in the U.S.) it is considered a federal crime. Why? Because this person made other people think that their lives were potentially in danger and thus incited a riot. This is how trolling should be treated. Don't punish the victims for getting mad, punish the trolls that put them in that state.
