Reducing Permanent bans to a 5 year temp ban

Hello I am Vepohh, a LoL summoner. My account was Permabanned. Since my account was banned I lost various achievements, champions, and worst of all real world currency. After my account was banned I wanted to just quit, but I could not leave the game behind. I used an alternate league account that I had already made in the past. I have not been banned from playing the game since this. I think I am reformed and my story is similar to many other summoners. At the same time summoners will not have reformed. These toxic summoners probably have already quit the game and will not return after a 5 year ban.

Take into consideration.

I'm sorry, but the whole point of a permanent ban is that you do not, ever, under any circumstances (barring the one in a million that the ban was actually issued incorrectly) get the account back. The permanent ban is designed to make you take a step back and realize that you lost a lot of time/effort/money that you will never get back, all because of your negative attitude. It's doing it's job - you don't want to lose those things/feel that way again, so you are not being negative on your new account.

If you HAVE reformed, then you get to keep your alternate account.

You know. Even though it is a PERMANENT ban, if you can still remember your password and actually still like the game enough to want to play on your banned account after 5 years. I do think you deserve a 2nd chance. Call it a Leagues of Legend 12th year anniversary pardon or something.
