Troll in game, why it breaks my heart

Had a troll today, and I mean the pure definition. Guy bans out jungler's intended champ right off the bat. then in game he threatens "if you don't gank my lane then tallyia will snowball and you're on your own" our jungler responds saying I aint ganking your lane this whole game after you banned my champ, or you can atleast tell me why" without saying anything our mid laner decides to roam bot and stays down there for about 3-4 mins before coming top lane with me. again staying there leaving mid open. Well then we come to the report system but I have no hope anything will actually happen. Because this troll didn't type anything that this instant feedback system seems to pick up on such as swearing and what not. He can troll as long as he wants as long as he doesn't swear at the team. Hell i think my team telling him he's a "fu%$ing troll" have more of a chance than him getting punished. What infuriates me further is this troll managed to get a quad kill after a teamfight broke out with the 4 of us smashing them only for this troll to come in to clean up. So at post game chat my team says "don't forget to report annie for trolling" well the other team on the high of a win decides to open their mouths " she got you guys a quad kill, gtf over it, you all suck" It's like trolling only matters if it affects the losing team. People get suspended for swearing at team members, but this scumbag keeps playing.. sounds fair to me

Get used to it buddy, that's all this game is. No skill is involved unless you are the top 5% of players. They can climb reliably. The rest of us? Up to dumb luck if your team is more or less stupid than the enemy team. I don't want to hear anything about positive attitude, or improve your game, or any of that garbage. Your team fights together and wards? 99% chance you are gonna win. If they don't and just want to play aram all game? Well I've got bad news for you.

The ONLY people that can climb reliably in this game are either blessed with innate skill. Or they can sit around and play 12 hours a day and power through all the trolls and feeders and ragers.

Actually what he typed would get him insta ban if your team reported him. So hes probably banned and a terrible troll. A good troll would not have typed during game.
