why isnt there a report option at player picking and banning

By the time a game has started you can usually identify a troll pick, toxic player or other activity that will ruin some ones experience and game. I'm sure with a pregame screening system the league community could be "classed up" in what action are befitting of a position in a ranked match or what information is important to the game.

MY second question is why is the top of any division against you statistically. The players you get afk more lack rank or are queued with a given person because to fit offset their low lp. can we see some changes in how the ladder top is organized

probably not going to happen considering off meta is always viable however ...I just witnessed my friend's game whch had a orianna top with smite and precision runes while building attack speed+lifesteal+the jungle item I wasn't in that game but I hope they reported that ori

the only solution to this is dodging a troll pick when you see one......but that's at the cost of other players even if there's something like a dodge vote in 3 min(much like remake), it would probably be abused to avoid hard matchups or people tilted at genuine off meta picks maybe something like aram's rr function which you only get 1 vote every 7 games or something
