Would like a (riot) human to review this chat log.

Here is what got me permabanned. History: I was getting too negative, had a 2 week suspension a couple months ago. It sucked, I said I couldn't play again with this toxic community. I stayed away then came back. Didn't tell people off or curse them out for legit troublemaking, just reported them. So here I am, one team didn't like me. I remained positive and tried to win regardless, even while getting cursed out (you don't see that). I adapted as best I could, even though I knew it was going to be a horrible loss. Here is the log:

So this was described as "extremely offensive". Point 2: I thought all permabans were to be reviewed by humans, and only the most "egregious" offenders would be permabanned. And I like how they say only "0.006% of players are permabanned." I mean, really? First of all, its probably 5% of ACTIVE players per month if this is permabannable. Second. Do these people I constantly report for afking (50% of my games have afkers on one side) never get banned? To me, that is more toxic than anything. I can ignore someone cursing me out, but I can't control their inactive champion. I think this needs a human audit. If this is really permabannable, then I guess I am incapable of proper chatting...Though I thought permanent chat bans were the solution to people deemed to be that offensive with the chat. Hey if any non-rioters want to respond too, that's cool. TBH I don't expect any official response. They promised to monitor the automated banning system, but it is clear they are not. The settings are clearly set to "Preschool or bust".
