Can you get banned for telling someone to cut their shit and stop being toxic or will that get you banned?

harassing and verbally abusing others is punishable, best to just mute and report after game is someone is being toxic.
There is no exact or clue of bannable, all what i can say after i lost 6th accounts with every account i try something new, they bann you randomly, if you talk or not, first acccount got banned because i replay to someone wishing for my mom to death, 2nd account got banned because i told someone to shut the fuck up after he talked almost 20 min unstop. 3rd account got banned because i went feeding all lanes everytime someone feed in my team in order to finish the game faster, 4th account got banned because i quit the game everytime someone give up so fast and start to feed(instead of feeding), 5th account got banned because i told in all chat to report someone in my team,
6th account and this is the account that i write this comment got banned, for no reason exactly but got banned permanently without knowing why they give you the chat log where i don't even talk to enemy team or all chat because i muted all chat from the settings in order to avoid bannable, and still got no chance but to get bann because im talking to my teamates in other word, you dont want to get banned ? the way is to: Mute chat (both teammates and enemy, mute pings, mute emotes, don't afk, or feed, Lose while your mouth is shut get dropped while your mouth is shut your skills belong to Diamond ? Master? or even Challenger ? NO ONE GIVES A SHIT you belong to bronze trust me or even silver if you keep your mouth shut. And after all that you still going to get banned somehow xD, so please don't ask about getting banned we all gonna get banned but no one know when and how but you will xD.
That thing started from the beginning of season 8, season 7 was league of legends, season 8 is the punishment for playing league of legends.
