How do you report people that dont say anything in chat but troll on purpose?

How do you report when people troll you but never say anything in chat? I have had this happen multiple times where someone will select a roll after me. And they will just come to my lane, AA so I can't CS, then when I lane swap, they just follow me around. Follow me into jungle. to every other lane. and just troll me the entire game. There's no catagory for this. and how do you even check it? it wouldn't get checked unless like 5x people in same game report it.

how do we put an end to this?
