First off... You should incorporate ALL PLAYER CHAT into these decisions, not just my own.

The First game...How is that even suspend-able? I didn't trash talk a single player. I barely talked at all, and when I did it was to tell my team not to give up, that it was winnable. Then I noticed they had 2 champs 5 levels above ours. At least a 10k gold deficit, and my team continued to wonder 2/3man into their jungle and die, over and over and over, and then flames me because im staying away from the fights and trying to farm up so we can come back. They wouldn't listen to a single shot call, made no shot calls of their own other than to wonder into jungle, die, then flame me for not being with them when i pinged to back several times.

Second game. Why he changed from morg to ali was a legit question. I had caps lock on, my bad. But morg was a counter to them and ali literally helped our team not at all. If you saw team chat, you would see this sona diving the other team constantly then flaming me for not following it up so we both die. We were 1/2 levels under, and under farmed because i spent most of time in lane solo since this sona would just YOLO on them then have to back, over and over and over,. The GP purposely ult'd late, to get the kills after I/mid were already dead. Refused to actually ult at the beginning/during fights. At one point we were down over 25kills. And they kept trying to win 3v5 fights. They wouldn't listen to pings and just raged against me so I raged back. Yet none of them get a ban.

I can understand getting a chat ban for that third game. That might have been deserved. But if im going to get one then literally my entire team should also. I report and report and report but I never see any action taken against players for the same things they do/say to me. I'm not saying I dont deserve a chat ban. I raged, its true. But the hyprocracy seems to be endless with this game. All I want is it to be fair. When they're 2+2 and im solo Queuing and they all band together and report me and I report all of them but im the only one getting a ban I fail to see the justice in that and declare the system broken.

How these issues are taken up and resolved doesn't help the community, if it did, we would see less and less and less of it, but I dont. I see more of it every single time I play.

So tell me, what exactly I said deserved a 14day ban and loss of loot crates for a period of however long, weeks? months? while players that said and did the same/worse to me go unpunished?

First off... You should incorporate ALL PLAYER CHAT into these decisions, not just my own.

The reason only your chat is shown is because that is what you are being punished for. When it comes to your case, you are judged by your behavior alone, not anyone else's. The actions of others are not an excuse for your own poor behavior. If others are being toxic to you, it's best to just mute them and report them after the game.

Now, as far as the actual chat logs, I will go over them game by game.

Game 1

These are the major things said that pop out to me. I don't know exactly what the censored words are, but if they are censored here on the forums, it's generally safe to say that it's not acceptable to use them in game. Using such words can very well result in a punishment.

Also, asking "how are you guys silver" is entirely 100% unnecessary. It's pretty much just saying "wow, you guys are really bad."

I understand that you asking the Alistar why they switched from Morgana can be a legitimate question, however, the way you worded it, and using caps lock, makes it seem like you are just flaming them for it. That aside, the rest of the chat logs after that is just negativity and flaming. The last line is not needed at all and is very punishable.

Again, others being toxic to you does not give you the right to be toxic back to them.

Game 3

Like game 2, this is almost entirely filled with you flaming your teammates. You were also on a chat restriction and simply chose to use your limited chat to flame others. Not to mention giving up early and threatening to AFK.

Overall, I'd say the punishment was deserved. In the future, I'd recommend muting others at the very first hint of toxicity so that you no longer have to see what they type in chat.

The reason for this was a 14 day ban is because you have been punished by the system in the past. The system works in an escalating fashion with 4 tiers of punishment: 2 sets of chat restrictions, a 14 day ban, and finally a permanent ban. Considering that you already had a chat restriction (presumably the 2nd set for 25 games), the next punishment tier for you is a 14 day ban. I recommend being very careful after your ban is up as you are on very thin ice, and the next punishment is a permanent ban. It is possible to drop in punishment tiers, but you need to show considerable reform over a large amount of games in order to do so.

As for the others not getting punished, AFAIK the system does take into account people having the occasional bad day, barring very extreme behavior, so it generally takes consistent negative behavior before a player gets punished. We don't know how often the other players are toxic, but by the looks of it you do seem to behave like this frequently, which is why you were punished. This does not mean that their behavior is acceptable, because if they continue it in future games they will indeed be punished.

You don't add fuck to a question about switching supports while having caps lock on and expect it to not sound like you're raging. Caps lock is more likely to lead to a ban because you're highlighting your rage. Calling people braindead retards is a no go. The %%%%%% lee is probably a trigger word for review. Lastly, you are on chat restriction, as evidenced by you stating: Last game of chat restriction. What did you do with your precious 5 messages? You raged and cursed. Rito decided if you were too dense to correct your behavior while on chat restriction, you needed a firmer warning.

This was all in a row, so I mean like...

+I think they look especially more into games of people who already have chat restrictions. Chat restrictions aren't "Hey, you aren't allowed to do that! Please stop!" They're "If we find one more reportable offense on your account based on toxicity or negative attitude YOU WILL GET BANNED, this is your final warning".

Next time, look for the warning signs, and when they're presented to you, don't ignore them.

ALso rediciulous. In the second game it uses the line "All you had to do was throw a %%%%" when I clearly meant HOOK.
