So this dude apologies and everything on his perma ban which is a first and he gets no attention what so ever (here is this dude http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/ZHvtVOgv-regret-and-honsety-in-my-perma-ban) and when a guy cries about his perma with spelling and grammar of a 2 year old. he gets all the attention in the world even from riot i dont get it, that guy deserves a second chance and these people show no regret and argue that it was unfair. god people are dumb just go the [player behavior and click on popular and youll see all the idiot kids crying and this dude typed a bloody masterpieace no one blinks an eye

No one in the forums can help people that are perma-banned other than offering them the link to contact support. Other than that, it's popcorn, so I don't get why people come to the forums to plead their case, the boards can do literal nothing to reverse the ban.

people focus on the threads of ppl like that because they're more entertaining than someone who is apologizing. riot doesnt summoner 11 ppl that apologize.

I wouldn't call it a masterpiece, but what you do expect. There are three kinds of people who get permabanned, people who get permabanned but really only a mistake, which is so rare it barely counts as its own category, people who get banned and realize what they did after the fact, and people who get banned and act like their behavior is ok. I'm glad he realizes the error of his ways NOW, but all the prior bans and punishment should have been enough of a sign to tell him to stop, I'm glad he is willing to change now, but you don't get to take even more changes only after the punishment has been doled out.

Those are different things your putting a very serious crime into hand with someone being toxic.. Besides people who murder still get a chance of parole and not all of them get life sentences and some get 15 years or less if there lucky some even go to hospitals

My point is, that you can't just do what ever you want, say sorry and all is fine. The insight is waaay to late.

Btw a "second chance"? It's not like he didn't had a second, even a third chance. If you refuse to follow the simplest rules, it's your own fault of you get punished.
