Hey everyone so I've just been chat restricted and i'm wondering if i should make a ticket to support i feel it might be a bit overzealous. Its based on 1 game and the logs are :

I am not willing to say that the word "c'nt" was involved in this as I don't know the EUNE server well enough to make that determination.

That being said, you argued with your teammates the entire game, were extremely passive aggressive, and at times ventured into flaming others. This is all unacceptable behavior.

I mean you could put in a ticket, but that log is pretty bad so not likely gonna get this over turned.

if it's censored on the boards, it's usually a zero tolerance word. but since this was just a chat restriction instead of a 14day, it was probably a bit more than zero tolerance. the automated ban system is based on keywords

Hey @ enshine the word there is the good ol' word that Auastralians love to use starting with C and ending with unt and if thats a zero tolerance that would be pretty stupid.

@Reket de Alk how so ? the worst thing i said was a synonim for mentally handicaped now i get it i shouldnt have said that but i dont personally think it should solely warant this but if you disagree i understand.

@Hoarju According to Merriam Webster Dictionary and Dictionary.com c*nt means obscene : the female genital organs also : sexual intercourse with a woman , There's an argument to be made that in the context of the sentence you cant replace it with those but i understand that you might still consider it offensive which is still not a sexist slur. Honestly i think a chat restrict for 2 words in a single game out of 3+ games in a day just because you're heated is extremely annoying knowing that no matter how good you "act" most of the time if you just lose your head once you get punished

Also could you please link me the zero tolerance / other rules because i tried to find them and couldn't manage to get And a question since you're a specialist : do previous punishments affect how you're treated once you slip off , except the magnitude ( 10-25 restrict and then 2 week ban-Perm). Thanks

It would be a waste of time. Dont bother. The punishment was not placed in error.
