regarding a certain type of trolling.

so recently i have been experiencing a type of troll that is really pissing me off. its alway the support, and i don't mean the brand support one trick or the KSing janna. but the support who steals all of your creep score blatently right in front of you and its not cs that you couldn't have hit, but to the point were you have to fight your ally to get farm and this is usually the same support that asks in all chat to report the adc even though they did nothing. and i even had some that go and steal cs from the jungler.

i really feel like reporting this behavior doesn't punish the person being how they may not trigger anything from the system. also i don't even play adc and and this almost makes me want to just disconnect from the game which i did once but reconnected because i fear the leaverbuster. i just want some sort of confirmation that these types of people do get punished.
