The issue with pings

This game has been out for years. Why can't we mute pings I understand Riot wants team communication. However I don't feel this is a valid argument considering we can mute the in game chat. This is only a temporary solution, if we really want to solve this we need to summoner 11 at the heart of the problem. The problem I'm refering to is all of us how we treat other people, I understand the world isn't perfect and its way past me how to solve this task. If you're still reading this you can be that change. Right now league has a shortage of players willing to speak out against Singed . We shouldn't expect Riot to change how people act we need to change how we act. Back to my main point, Riot please let us mute pings. You have to have some communication with your team, regardless of the toxic barrels of waste them may be, since this is a team game. So, Riot said, "We'll make it so you can mute toxic peeps in chat, but we'll keep a universal communication available, so that people can still communicate on some levels." Is it perfect? Not really. Could it be made better? Probably. Is muting every form of communication between teammates the way to do it? I don't think so.
