third party programs/cheating?

so in intermediate bots i have been receiving bots in my team too. who apparently has soem sort of third party program that makes them farm automatically while they also have no control of them they also manage to feed. one time they were 4 in my team who fed a bot so much i actually lost a bot game. can you please patch this riot so no more players can do this?
