Riot needs to step in and stop this. Somehow I keep getting reported for muting people that flame. i see nothing wrong with the mute button but when you are constantly being reported because you don't react the way they want you to is getting annoying. Riot do something becaue you are losing many people due to this reason.

Id kinda vouch for this topic, I recently solo queued into 2 normal games which consisted of 2 4 man troll teams, which where hyper toxic, and both games I was reported by all 4 players, and received an instantaneous Chat Restriction for 10 games. As the email mentioned, it was a player vote (or similar, but it was not reviewed, but was automated) Aswell you're not allowed to list names for it being "name and shame"
