Reports have little meaning IMO

I'm a Plat 5 player im no god but i feel like in my elo people are the worst for reporting i have a bad game where i go 1-4-1 i got reported for bull crap when i didn't even speak and they called me troll and all this non sense and it's not just one game this happens almost every time i have a bad game i get called a troll or get a report that really shouldn't have happened bc i barely spoke. Lets make this clear i just got off a 2 week suspension so i realize if i am toxic i will be perma banned and i really dont want that so i do not speak but yet im getting offensive language reports after almost every single game that i play bad.

I'm just wondering is this going to get me a perma ban because im getting a false report? or a perma ban for having a bad game ad being "a troll"? idk IMO i feel like there should be a better way of doing things a more advanced reporting system or something my account is not something i want to lose to this and there are probably many people that have the same track record as me (salty..) but truth be told i have worked hard in the past 2 weeks to not speak and i think i have changed abit but im still getting reported for the same thing.. Please someone tell me if this going to get me banned..

If you didn't do anything wrong then the reports won't hurt you. They get thrown out and the users lose weight in their future reports.

Even if you were in the wrong somehow and you get punished, you will get chat restrictions before a temporary ban before a permaban. You'll have plenty of time to fix whatever you're doing wrong (simply having a bad game is not punishable).

Pretty much what Nami said. It's also important to note that you cannot be banned for not using chat. Just thought I should let you know.

If you're truly innocent then you won't be banned.

False reporting decreases the value of that persons reporting power.

I wouldn't worry and just focus on getting diamond.

you can get banned basically for false reports since it basically only goes off of how many reports you get. Best bet is to never chat esp in plat where the players think they are good but have 0 idea how to play and then they flame you for them not knowing how to play. Its a never ending cycle just dont chat no point to in north america. Its like if you say something someone doesnt like they will report/downvote you whatever it may be since people always feel the need for revenge. Never a case where you say something someone doesnt like and they hold onto that grudge for over 20 min to report you. Meanwhile in korea they only report for people boosting and stuff like that.
